Katrina has nearly 20 years of experience as a qualified lawyer and has spent 12 years specialising in wills and estates both simple and complex including drafting wills, advising those seeking to pass on wealth and assets or assisting with managing the affairs of someone who has died.
Katrina has advised many hundreds of clients and her keen attention to detail allows her to expertly customise documents to suit each client’s unique circumstances. Katrina often works collaboratively with accountants and financial planners as part of her services. Her advice is thorough, pragmatic and sensitive to family and commercial realities.
Before specialising in wills and estates, Katrina worked with a national commercial practice in areas including litigation, family law, employment and insolvency. She is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), and heads up a small focus group for estate planning solicitors.
In addition to providing legal services, Katrina is an experienced presenter who has conducted numerous seminars for current and prospective clients.
